Maxwell Road Food Centre, originally called Maxwell Market, located in Tanjong Pagar, along Maxwell Road, is a popular hawker centre within the Central Business District (CBD) area. It is known not only for its cheap dishes but also for unique Chinese meals seldom found in other hawker centres. Many of the original stall holders had served there for several generations. - Infopedia Talk, National Library Singapore

Stall No. 36 - Joy Feast Beef Noodles
Sliced Beef Bee Hoon Dry (S$4.00 / US$2.85)
Good Presentation. Garnished with chopped salted vegetable (or pickled mustard), chopped coridander, sesame seeds, peanuts, chilli and cincalok (fermented small shrimps). The bee hoon, however, taste overcooked and the gravy on the bland side.
